Philip Kingsley Elasticizer Deep conditioning treatment

The Philip Kingsley Elasticizer Deep-Conditioning Treatment is a specialised treatment that is used before the actual hair wash. Originally conceived for the actress Audrey Hepburn, the formula aims to support the elasticity and stretchability of the hair. The formulation contains hydrolysed elastin as well as castor oil, olive oil and glycerine. This combination can moisturise the hair and leave it feeling supple and visibly shiny. The texture is completely fragrance-free. The product is applied to damp hair, where it should remain for at least 20 minutes before being thoroughly rinsed out. Overnight use is also possible if required. As the ingredients can affect the colour result, a time interval of 72 hours should be observed for coloured hair before or after colouring.

Apply Elasticizer to damp hair and leave it in for at least 20 minutes – the longer, the better. You can even leave it in overnight. Then wash it out using a shampoo and conditioner suited to your hair type, and style as usual.

Tip from a trichologist: Shampoo twice to thoroughly rinse out all residue – this will leave your hair feeling particularly light and full of bounce.
