Apply shampoo and rinse thoroughly. Leave out conditioner. Take a pump of Bond Repair Balm and mix in your hands. Apply to the hair strands, starting at eye level and working downwards. Leave on for 3 minutes. Rinse out and style as usual. Use regularly for the first few applications, then reduce as required.
