NEONAIL’s Dry Top Matte is a transparent top coat that gives any UV manicure an elegant, velvety finish. Applied as a final layer over coloured polish, this top coat creates an even, matt surface without any shine. The special formulation cures under a UV or LED lamp without leaving a sticky dispersion layer. This eliminates the final step of wiping with a cleaner, making application easier. Contained in a 7.2 ml bottle, this polish acts as a durable sealant for your nail design. Furthermore, the formula is TPO-free.

2. degrease the nails with the NeoNail Cleaner.
3. apply a thin layer of the UV base coat BASE as a primer and cure it under LED or UV light (according to the table).
4. apply a thin layer of the UV Nail Polish in the colour of your choice and cure under LED or UV light. Do not clean the nails afterwards. Repeat the process.
5. to give a matt finish, apply a thin layer of the UV top coat DRY TOP MATTE and cure under LED or UV light.
6. use a nail oil for an extra portion of care.
