Shake before use. Spray onto your hands before application. In the event of direct contact with the eyes, rinse immediately and thoroughly. Apply evenly to the body at least 30 minutes before sunbathing. Reapply regularly to maintain protection. This is particularly important if you are sweating or after swimming and drying off. To achieve the stated sun protection factor, sun protection products must be applied at a rate of 2 mg per cm² of skin. This amount corresponds to approximately six teaspoons (around 36 grams) for the body of an average adult.
