As part of the prestigious ‘Les Légendaires’ collection, which brings together iconic creations from the history of the House of Guerlain, Idylle represents an olfactory interpretation of a romantic idea. The fragrance can be described as a fresh, cheerful bouquet and belongs to the floral chypre family. The Eau de Parfum opens with notes of lily of the valley, peony and freesia. At its heart, a bouquet of jasmine unfolds, accompanied by a special ‘Communelle’ blend of Bulgarian roses. The base notes of patchouli and white musk lend the fragrance a warm and sensual depth. The fragrance is presented in an Art Nouveau-style bottle designed by George Chevalier. Its distinctive inverted heart shape, with an openwork cap, emphasises the fragrance’s unique character.
