GUERLAIN’s Aqua Allegoria Mandarine Basilic Eau de Toilette Spray unveils a composition characterised by zesty freshness and fruity lightness. At the heart of the fragrance experience lies juicy mandarin, complemented in the top notes by further citrus nuances such as clementine, bitter orange and lemon. The heart notes reveal a subtle herbal note of basil, accompanied by floral accents of peony and chamomile. A warm base of sandalwood and ambergris lends the fragrance a gentle depth and rounds off the aroma. As part of the Aqua Allegoria collection, the fragrance consists of over 90% ingredients of natural origin. This creation by perfumer Marie Salamagne is presented in an elegant bottle, whose golden honeycomb design pays homage to the bee. The bottle is made largely from recycled glass and is refillable in the larger sizes, underlining a conscious approach to resource use. For those who prefer a more intense sillage, a ‘Forte’ version is also available.
